Australian Kelpie

Although it was widely reported that they were bred from Dingoes, science has proven that false! This Australian cattle and herding dog is descended from British working dogs and comes in two sub-types: show or "bench" Kelipes, and working Kelpies. The show Kelpies come in many colors, distinctly black and copper red. The working Kelpies care less about look and more about instinct as this talented herding dog can work almost independently while mustering sheep, cattle, or goats.
