Bernese Mountain Dog

Established in 1912, the Bernese Mountain Dog was originally a farm dog that helped the Bernese herders and dairy farmers high in the Swiss Alps. They are a large breed with a thick coat to help keep them warm at high altitudes. Their muscle is also used for pulling carts!
