Cane Corso

Cane Corsos are massive friends closely related to the Neapolitan Mastiff. They used to be found throughout the Italian peninsula but became rare in the mid-20th Century. Selective breeding brought them back as companion dogs and guard dogs although they have a history of herding and hunting as well.
