The Jagdterrier, also known as the Deutscher Jagdterrier or German Hunt Terrier, is a courageous and hardworking little fellow. They’re very sociable and easy to train especially when it comes to hunting in which their small size makes them good for chasing, flushing, and treeing. They’re a relatively young breed created by breeding Old English Fox Terriers with a variety of black and tan hunting terriers for the perfect size and ability. The Jagdterrier comes in three different coat types; smooth, rough, and broken which is about halfway between the two. They’re little dogs with big personalities!
