Japanese Spitz
The Japanese Spitz is a fun-loving, goofy little family dog developed in mid-century Japan. The dog was created by breeding several Spitz type breeds together to get a good-natured companion dog. Japanese Spitzes are always white, and very similar to their fluffy cousins the Pomeranians and American Eskimo dogs - so much so that the AKC didn't recognize them as their own breed right away.
