The Lhasa Apso is more than a pretty face, they are an ancient and revered breed. First bred in Tibet over a thousand years ago, they were treated as holy as many Buddhists believed they were the reincarnation of the Dalai Lama. They were the watchdogs and companions to the humble and the powerful and are a treasured breed to this day.
