Ocicat

The Ocicat may look like a wild cat but it's actually pure domestic, bred for appearance without introducing any wildcat genes. The first breeder was Virginia Daly of Berkley Michigan who was actually trying to breed Abyssinians. During an attempt at breeding a seal pointed coat pattern, these spotted cats were created. Soon they became popular enough to be their own breed.
