Rat Terrier

The Rat Terrier is just as it says on the tin, a small farm dog bred to keep rats out of barns. They are a very old and common breed, often interbred with small hunting dogs called "feists." They are a small breed with good temperament which has led them to work in many different fields including law enforcement as contraband sniffing dogs, and in the service quarter as hospice, comfort, and assisted living companions.
