Shih Tzus are lively playful pups known for their long coats, wide eyes, and short noses. They originate from Tibet where they were created by breeding Pekingese dogs and Lhasa Apso dogs. They're very clever and hard to train, but as companions they are top-notch even if it takes frequent grooming to take care of all that hair.
